    Pros

Women friendly organisation, great for work life balance, good work (only if you are with the right people!)

    Cons

Salaries are well below average, less flexibility, very low career growth opportunities, rigid management ,very few or no perks at all

    Advice to Management

Too many bureaucratic layers and top down management philosophy thus making its lower rung employees obedient to authority killing any kind of creativity within them (Listen and involve them more, dont just inspire copy paste culture!)

    Pros

The place is good for learning in terms of financial and industrial analysis .

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at CARE Ratings full-time

    Pros

Learning will be good during initial months after copy paste will do your job to survive in company.

    Cons

Worse thing is increment, which is lower than industry standard for analyst/ deputy manager. Company should have provided better hike to employees to reduce attrition rate. Poor pay, I guess the poorest in the industry.

    Advice to Management

Promotions and increments related work should be assessed by HO (Mumbai) based on performance of analyst/deputy manager (for all regional offices) as only senior management of regional offices are deciding to whom to give promotion and increment irrespective of hard work.
