Benefits are great. Most of the people are great, but there is the occasional one off. I don't see a lot of favoritism and management mostly appreciates any feedback you have to offer.
Cons
Communication can be lacking between departments and management doesn't fully understand what tasks are involved in some roles.

Benefits could be great. Sometimes work pressure is unprecedented. There is no need for that. Recognition from the top management would be much appreciated as you feel like just coming in and out.

Great benefits ( insurance, 401k, side benefits, occasional team outings etc) . To try to motivate the team, they recently took everyone go cart racing. That was awesome! And there are some real quality people who work here at all levels.
Cons
In my opinion, the Cons only applies to the telesales department. In telesales the environment is too stressful. It is made clear that you must not fall below a certain number of sales or you will be fired. But there are too many obstacles in the way. Everyone is held accountable to have a certain number of calls per day and a certain amount of actual talking time. But the territories are so small and over called that we are really just harassing these dealers trying to hit our metrics while we wait for inbound calls. Most of the sales are from inbound calls. But management seems to think it is fair to give 5 or 6 reps extra territory. Extra territory means more inbound calls. And more inbound calls means more sales. This would not be so moral crushing if we weren't ranked by sales to keep our job. And when they try to "help" you while you are "under performing", they always ask why you can't produce like----( one of the reps who have the extra territory). This is just a terrible moral destroying policy! And one of the managers can be an outright bully at times. In meetings it is all about "we are here to help". But after the meeting, good luck getting help. Many times this manager is just "too busy". Sometimes there is a tv program on this manager's screen as it appears our request for help is an annoyance.

The company is starting to care less about quality and more about production. Not a lot of room for advancement. Management puts a lot of pressure on you to perform.

- Forcing certain employees locally to go back into office a certain number of days per week mandatory. - Very flat organization, not much room for upward advancement. - Upper Management can be a little disconnected from what other employee feedback is
