    1) Strong emphasis on career development, 2) Amenities such as on site gym and cafeteria, 3) On site covered parking, 4) Recent trends of HR/management being more understanding and flexible with work schedules. Most work groups are able to work from home/remotely at least one day per week, 5) All managers within a certain work group meet to discuss your annual rating, so it's not 100% dependent on your direct manager's...

    1) The College Hire (FFP) program. Too much emphasis is placed on college hires. They are given priority treatment and career opportunities over all other employees. Which is drastically unfair and unwarranted to all other employees who do have college degrees, but were not hired on through the FFP program., 2) Manager selection is chosen.     1) Less emphasis on the FFP/College hire program, 2) More focus on developing ALL employees who demonstrate talent and leadership abilities, 3) Annual survey be sent to work groups to outline how their manager is doing. This would not only shine a light on faulty managers and problem areas, but would conversely shine a light on managers doing a wonderful job, while simultaneously revealing areas for improvement which...
