    Pros

Professional and comfortable work environment. Great amenities (gym, cafeteria, facilities). Most employees are positive and seem very content with their work life. I have been working at CAT Financial

      Pros

The work environment is fantastic! The company invests in your future. It is easy to move around so you are not stuck in the same place if you don't want to be. Management is great. The overall environment is laid back. There is a great work-life balance. The salary and benefits are great, especially for someone starting out.

      Cons

So far, I do not have any cons for the company.

I have been working at CAT Financial full-time for more than 9 years

      Pros

pretty stable workplace, good benefits, nice coworkers, nice work environment (nice building), strong support for community groups and charities, some overseas job opportunities for a chosen few

      Cons

very cautious, risk-averse management, glacial decision-making and some decisions get revisited, senior management all internally promoted from Caterpillar with little or no outside experiences or influence - they do not appear to listen to internal dissenters or people who question the conventional wisdom

      Advice to Management

Break out and make a decision, listen to outsiders, instead of boring, transactional leadership, develop and execute a vision that inspires employees to do their best
