    I worked at CB&I full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

CB&I has recently undergone some major senior management and organization changes which were long overdue for this very old school EPC company.

    Cons

Few opportunities or career advancements and no career path for many positions.
Compensation and benefits are similar to other EPC companies.
Work/life balance does not exist for many employees.
Culture needs to be totally revamped.

    Advice to Management

Internal communications within the company were non-existent or on a needs to know basis which makes it a difficult and disconnected place to work. Management needs to communicate with employees....supposedly they are CB&I's most valuable asset.
