    I have been working at CB&I as an intern

    Pros

    Great mentors are present and an extremely relaxed atmosphere. HR invests much into interns.

    Cons

    Some of the leadership is questionable.

    Pros

    Hourly wages are decent for the area. Most have a hard time making the amount of money in the area.

    Cons

    To hard to get on with the company!!!! This sight doesn't give you choices other than current or past employee. What if your neither.

    Advice to Management

    Re-do your program to better assist.

    Supportive and structured. They view their talent as a corporate asset to market.

    Cons

    Large and try to standardize their practices that require them to develop rules (laws) that they must then enforce. They are not flexible enough to allow for subjective reviews.

    Advice to Management

    Formalize practice of listening to those closest to the work.
