    "Compensation could be better since it the federal government"

    Compensate people for the work they do. New employees seem to be compensated better than those that have worked for the company longer.

    Pros

    Competitive pay and good benefits, work is unique and challenging. Personally rewarding experience and career developing; awesome team to work with

    Cons

    Huge company, so upper management is pretty disconnected to the realities of working on each project. Almost all the top executives do not believe in climate change or global warming

    In eat in more sustainable energy projects and dump the fossil fuel gig

    Pros

    CB&I has a strong EHS Program with in-depth industrial safety procedures and impressive technical support for it's projects.

    Cons

    The training requirements for employees is well supported by top management but the implementation and style of training is rigid and boring at times and doesn't allow a skilled trainer or instructor to use their talents.

    Advice to Management

    Support a training style that allows some flexibility for the various projects and locations to make them more user friendly and relatable for the attendees.

    Great benefits
    Close to metro system
    Very interesting and challenging work.
    Salary pay is above the
    The nice people are so afraid of loosing their jobs that they all carry daggers for other people's backs.

    Cons

    Poor management.
    Very disorganized.
    Everyone is just a number.
    What you contribute will not save your job.
    Force you to use whom they want where they want.
    Lots of resources but no direction
