    Great Training, Good Project Experience, Very Efficient & Well Ran

    Cons

    They hardly promote and if they do its not based on merit. Even if they promote, the changes of getting an increase are slim.

    Advice to Management

    Pay people what they are worth and value their personal time.

    A job and that is about it.

    Does not invest in employees, cut corners and stressful.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the people that can do the job. Learn to schedule a project.

    Pros

    Well developed local and global organization with potential growth in industrial and nuclear construction fields for new and current labor force.

    Cons

    Current upper level management does not understand the degradation caused by allowing outside influences to ruin existing good team organizations.

    Advice to Management

    Existing and new management need to learn the value of "Positive Team work-group Moral" by promoting from within where experienced team members already exist.

    Salary is competitive, benefits package is good, project managers training program is good

    Cons

    As long as projects are there you will have a job, if not you are SOL. Upper level Management turn over every year. People don't leave jobs; they leave managers

    Pros

    Great team, people, and work processes. The company has well established procedures and policies. Good benefits, vacation, and room for advancement.

    Cons

    Some of the management operates on the “Good Ole boy system.” This can make it harder to achieve goals in the workplace.

    Very good benefits and overall company moral.

    Cons

    They work on a points system that was implemented not too long before I left. It was not horrible but it was not always consistent for everyone.

    Pros

    The company offered great benefits. Depending on who your manager was, you could learn a lot and grow substantially within your field.

    Cons

    Poor communication between departments. High turnover in upper management which led to inefficiencies on the project.
