    Pros

You will be given autonomy and the chance to make a name for yourself. They promote from within. Large, exciting projects. Strong company structure. Great people.

    Cons

The experience can vary significantly depending on which VP you work for. Some are great, others make your job significantly harder than it should be. Job assignments are random and you’re unlikely to work with the same team from project to project.
