      Very detail oriented, but you receive the training to do well.

      Cons

      No chance for advancement and when the job is done for the day you go home minus a full days pay.

      Committed to safety. Zero tolerance of drugs.Great benefits and work environment. Also no short cuts.Safety first always.

      Cons

      Sorry young supervisors. Especially in the concrete division.That don't know jack. The show favorite to their friends.Then you have to do your work and yours

      Employees come out on the job with Nccer plus.And don't know what they are doing. I can only tell you the problem.

      There are no pros do not even apply! The recruiter will tell u anything just to get you there.

      They are they most unorganized co. I have ever been associated with and I have over 30 years experience.

      Advice to Management

      Hire people who know how to do the job their hired for not some 20 something right out of school green horn who tries to tell a real person who's been in the business 30+ years.
