    Pros

It was a really good environment to work in. All of the people were really friendly and cooperated well. I would recommend this company to a friend.

    Cons

The office was not organized at times and it would be difficult to find certain paperwork. Would ask questions and never get a definite response

    Advice to Management

Get your stuff together and train the employees better

    Pros

There a many good people in the company that want to do the right thing. They have acquired many good companies along the way.

    Cons

There are far too many people in top management positions that have the primary goal of protecting their turf and keeping the good people from rising up in the ranks. The best leaders from the acquired companies have left and the remaining good employees have no good mentors.

    Advice to Management

CBIZ management is extremely poor and has failed to integrate their acquisitions. They buy a good company, they lose the top performers because they put the acquired company under the direction of their existing poor managers, and the remaining employees are left to either adapt to the poor CBIZ manager or leave.
