I have been working at CBRE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-The people that you work with
    - Get to work from home 3 days out of the week
    - Management is pretty flexible.
CBRE as a hole is a great organization

    Cons

    - Cut backs on budgets since we are seen as a cost.
    - small raises
    - No promotions, not a place to build a career at this point.
    - Really heard to transfer out of the department.
    - Favoritism is big in this group, most of the managers came from a different organization and brought their own staff with them.

    Advice to Management

CBRE as a hole is very good but there are some obviously weak teams with weak managers that leadership needs to focus on fixing.

I worked at CBRE full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Global company, with many lines of business, exposure to senior executives and is an agile company. Leverages new technologies to improve performance and customer experience.

    Cons

Compensation relative to workload was a bit misaligned. I would have preferred to see more project award bonus and emphasis on retaining non-executive employees
