    - Easy work.
    - On the job training
    - Standard hours

    - Work is not challenge
    - No room for growth
    - No room for creativity (everything is templated)
    - Job description is misleading

    Pros

    Large well known company. Always adding staff and experts. Many different areas and functions to learn and move to if you'd like to stay.

    Cons

    Insurance is expensive. Companies being bought are never fully integrated into the larger company. Segregated teams that do not have the same opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to acquire companies and create a strong leadership culture and team that are part of your RISE values.

    There are a lot of good people working for CBRE. A little recognition and appreciation by management would go a long way for keeping them.

    Very large company; gets bogged down in bureaucracy and loses sight of individuals.

    A little recognition and appreciation by management would go a long way in helping employees feel valued.

    Pros

    Office and team activities and outings held through out the year. Ability to work remote. Good place to get experience.

    Cons

    Pay is not competitive with other accounting jobs.

    It is a nice place to work and learn.

    The training is not good and the raises and benefits are not good.

    Fairly stable job. Not that much pressure. Doesn't ask to much from you.

    Cons

    Low moral, low upward mobility.

    Turnover rate is what is going to destroy this company.

    Great location with good pay plan for public transportation

    The company had a very divided feel across departments with little management involvement

    Fast Paced Good company, good pay for admin, some really great people, expoure to high end clients

    Cons

    Looked at as just a number, cut throat culture, bad hr, only about who you know, bad pto system,no training
