I have been working at CBRE full-time

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. Allowed to work with minimal supervision.

    Cons

Not much room to grow and stay with the same account. Can advance within the company but must be willing to move to another account which most likely is in another city or even state.

    Advice to Management

None, they are great. At least within the account I am working for.
