    Fantastic and broad platform.
Management is sharp and receptive to new ideas.
A "jump in" and help culture.

    Cons

It's so big, sometimes it can be difficult to the find the right person for the right task.

    Advice to Management

Honestly, the more I see of management decisions, the more I like. Every business decision is a series of tradeoffs, but CBRE leadership generally makes a forward-looking, value creating decision each time.

I have been working at CBRE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I'll have to try to think of some and get back to you.

    Cons

-Unequal pay for women--men much younger than women are paid far more
-Brokers are treated like gods while support staff are treated extremely poorly
-Incredible wage inequality (millions for brokers versus peanuts for their support staff)
-"RISE" (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values are just for show. There is NO integrity.
-Vacation is rarely allowed. People are seriously overworked.

    Advice to Management

Actually practice integrity by supporting your employees. Pay them better and appreciate them. Support women and promote them. No one should have to fight for recognition; a job well done should be rewarded.

    Pros

The best thing about CBRE, you can pretty much relocate to any city you want and still work for the same company providing the client likes you.

    Cons

The medical insurance is less than average with extremely high premiums. Very surprising for a company this size.
