I have been working at CCFBank part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

CCF Bank is good to their employees in the flexible sense. CCF offers a very experienced staff that can help get new employees going quick.

    Cons

CCF does not offer average pay. The training system in place is poor, so you are very independent throughout the training process.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to replace the current training program and start a new one. This will fix a lot of the bugs in the company.

I worked at CCFBank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The DM was and is awesome

    Cons

VP, CEO, no HR, no Marketing.....all horrible. Senior management has no clue on Day to day operations or cares about staff.

    Advice to Management

Pull your heads out of your butts. You will always remain small sticking with outdated systems and crappy old policies. Listen to your people

    I worked at CCFBank part-time

    Pros

    Easy job and alright pay

    Cons

Very bad turnover over the year and a half I was there.

    Advice to Management

    Try to retain employees better.

    Pros

    I don't work there anymore.

    Cons

No training. No support from back office or upper management. "Boys club" mentality. Expected to perform at unrealistic levels. Worked dumped on one or few people but not provided the means or assistance to complete tasks and responsibilities. HR is unreliable and reports concerns directly back to the managers. Zero support.

    Advice to Management

None, because they do not listen anyway.

    I worked at CCFBank part-time

    Pros

Small community based company, great atmosphere, not always hounding you to ramp up sales

    Cons

Very little advancement opportunity, I worked there in a awkward transition stage, so there was a lot of leadership turnover.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to promoting part time workers to open positions in the company, hiring from within.

I worked at CCFBank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A lot of freedom to come up with your ideas

    Cons

"Warm" lead calls are the main way to get work. Commission structure always changed, was really hard to get payouts. More than a month delay on commission pay.

    Pros

The best part of Citizens Community Federal is how each individual branch becomes its own family. I became very close to my branch, and we all worked hard together.
    very flexible

    Cons

It seems like they are always in a state of 'redesign' our branch went through 3 regional managers in 3 years, none of them are with the company anymore.
no structure to pay. many employees are doing the same job (heck, even hired within the same WEEK) and they don't make the same wage.
The entire time I was there, nobody got any raise or recognition for hard work.
Upper management treats all 'lower' employees like numbers. You will be lucky to even get eye contact from a visiting manager.

I have been working at CCFBank full-time

    Pros

Great Staff to work with, those who have been there long are very helpful. Have frequent contact with upper management, and connections with HR, service center, IT etc. which makes it easy to get help or solve problems. Wonderful products!

    Cons

Turnover is terrible, there isn't proper training for the smaller positions so the employees make frequent mistakes and make no money for the newer branches. Any employees outside of the corporate district are disregarded. No room to move up in the company as there are NO management positions outside of DMs. No bonuses. No raises unless you're promoted, which very rarely happens.

    Advice to Management

A training program should be implemented for incoming staff, or one branch from each district should have an experienced employee who is dedicated for training all new staff. More raises, or incentives (attainable) should be implemented. Focus on helping and growing the lower/new branches instead of praising just the home branch for it's stable success.
