    Employee ownership. Every job and every person matters and is depended on. Open door and open communications. Bright future.

    I worked at CCI full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Worked with your hours when it was convenient to them.

    Cons

    Not appreciating the hard workers truly giving there best, favoritism at its highest. Broke as broke can be and celebrating dumb achievements. Hated 3/4 of my time spent there. Everyone complains all the time.

    Stop being fake.

    We have good celebration lunches

    Where to start. They change directions every month and say this is going to change the company. If you are not part of the “in” crowd you are in danger of losing job. CEO is nice but is never here and leaves the company to be run by people who don’t get along. System doesn’t work so we can’t keep any balances accurate for hospitals. I’m here most saturdays trying to correct balances on a system that “is going to bring...

    Pros

    The low level workers are nice but cliquey and often times extremely noisy.

    Cons

    Even though they do collections for hospitals, they do not recognize people with unseen/hidden disabilities! Avoid this company if you have a 'hidden' disability! They spend a lot of their time in little pep rallies. They waste a lot of time with the meetings, pep rallies, etc! Management is terrible. The trainer would address mostly black people (she was black too). Unresponsive to people with disabilities. Instead...

    Advice to Management

    Have machines that have the software on it to use in class. Stop with the pep rallies! Your wasting a lot of time having all those silly little meetings. You are there to work and not play games. Ensure the trainer knows everybody learns different ways. Properly train your employees on dealing with people with disabilities!

    Great people. Great culture. Reasonable expectations.

    Cons

    Lots of pivoting and shifting of roles and responsibilities. Currently seems to be a low ceiling for both professional and financial growth.

    Advice to Management

    Money talks... if you keep (good, hard-working) employees at the same salary for a few years - they're going to begin looking elsewhere.

    HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT...I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not a place where you can grow unless you're kissing somebody's butt. You have to watch your back because if you're not liked there TRUST ME they will find the dumbest excuse to fire you. It's RARE if any of their reps last longer than a year there. They will fire you over the dumbest thing but yet they let others violate HIPAA. That place is a...

    Good atmosphere which is a smok screen

    Low pay, And no system to warn you abut behaviour. I was let go over a chrome ext that couple have simplly been turn off

    Most of the staff are very nice decent people to work with; employee ownership of company; just moved to nicer offices

    Cons

    Lack of realistic plans from senior management; lack of appreciation and commitment to staff; too much infighting between senior managers

    Quit trying to foll the staff; be honest; listen to your staff
