I worked at CCL CONTRACTS CONSULTANCY as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits for contractors. Feels more like a direct hire job as opposed to being a contractor.

    Cons

I really didn't have any downsides with CCL. I enjoyed my work experience through CCL

    Pros

    Great clients and candidates
Consultants are left to work independently and develop their own area
    Good work-life balance

    Cons

Old fashioned - not using technology to make the company more efficient
Opportunities are limited unless you're one of the family or the club

    Advice to Management

Be more in touch with the working world and try to modernize, for everyone's sake.

    Pros

Good clients, relaxed atmosphere, competitive pay

    Cons

too many directors fighting with each other. stops the company progressing.
bit of an 'old boys club'
sometimes too relaxed, not enough drive
