    I worked at CCMSI full-time

    Pros

    Good benefits and bonus programs

    Cons

Unless you are related to someone in management do not expect your supervisor or manager to have your back or defend you. If you are not a good fit for your client you will be fired or "laid off". Do not fall for the lies or smiles. You will be fired. You will be expected to work 24-7 and use your private phone for company e-mails so you can work 24-7. If you happen to make it past 3-6 months, keep an eye out... for bonus time or when you will be eligible for bonus or stock options. They will walk you out prior to being eligible. The long term employees work 24-7 and will come in on their death bed before missing work. They claim low turnover? Maybe because they fire employees before they quit.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with your employees. Let them know good chance you will be fired if not a good fit for a client. Oh and that your are like the 10th adjuster for this desk and all 9 before you were fired unless they were personal friend of management or a family member.

Former Employee - Workers Comp Claims Adjuster in Las Vegas, NV

I worked at CCMSI full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good benefits and hours. Sometimes there was the potential for overtime, but very rarely.

    Cons

Full time is only 37.5 hours weekly. This is because you are made to take 2 unpaid 15 minute breaks in addition to lunch.
