    Pros

    This Company has a huge Product offering in the Jan San, Manufacturing, Auto Body, Clean Room, dairy farm supply and much mmore

    Cons

    Virtually all business expenses such as gas, car payments, Car insurance, business luncheons come out of the salesman's pocket, while the starting salary is meager at best

    Advice to Management

    Pay expenses or a better starting salary taking into account the cost of living in each territory. When CCP knows they have found a quality sales person whom you know work hard during the beginning of their tenure so they have a chance to ramp up while new and customer less. Last freight seems to be a ongoing issue as someone must pay it whether it is the Customer, or the Salesman himself, causing your territory managers to leave when better offers come buy. This also forces reps to look for the homerun too often rather than cultivating meaningfull business relationships and agreements.
