    I have been working at CCS Medical full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    great work environment, great Company, benifits , and money was fair .

    Cons

    they are moving to another state

    Advice to Management

    just be fair and don't ask of your employees to do what you yourself wouldn't do.

    I worked at CCS Medical full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Started out as a good company to work for, you were recognized for their efforts. There was alot of positivity in the first few years.

    Cons

    Too many lies are told and too clickish between management and supervisors. They are not properly trained for the expectation they want from their employees. Clearwater location does not know the meaning of training.

    Advice to Management

    Remember your employees are human beings and not robots..
