    Pros

Started out as a good company to work for, you were recognized for their efforts. There was alot of positivity in the first few years.

    Cons

Too many lies are told and too clickish between management and supervisors. They are not properly trained for the expectation they want from their employees. Clearwater location does not know the meaning of training.

    Advice to Management

Remember your employees are human beings and not robots..

    Pros

just a few miles from home. There are some great people there, made some good friendships.

    Cons

where does one start. The building is way to cold, its a shame you need coats and blankets to be warm while you work. Horrible training for new positions, new insurance changes.Micro managed.Management shows favoritism to employees.Management is rude when they talk to you about mistakes, instead of showing what you did, they call you out on the floor so everyone knows you made an error.I am not a child or kindergarten i told need to be treated as such.Differant rules for differant people. Some people get over time with out approval and some get none at all.Managment assumes you don't make calls when you have they continously treat you as a liar.Let people go saying there position is gone then bring someone else to the same position. CEO treats us as if we are soldiers, hes rude and doesn't speek to anyone. He keeps the building cold to suit him and the heck with the employees. The point system is only active in clearwater texas does not have it and god forbid you get sick of have a family emergency..When you put in for pto management wants to know why and can you work a half day. There is no employee appreciate, they don't show staff they are appreciated.Yes its a call center but we are all adults. Not everyone needs to be babysat at work.supervisors can come and go as they please and they get no reprocussions from that. If the supervisor or manager has something she doesn't like about a person you can sure see it again others get treated better than other people do.

    Advice to Management

lighten up treat people with dignity and the way you would like to be treated.Everyone should be treated equal.its not a prison camp.all staff members should be treated as they matter.some are better than others, but i believe thats a training issue.managers say one thing and when say they said they deny and you have no ground to stand on.Treat your employees with respect.

    Pros

A lot of excellent co-workers. The working environment changes, so that keeps it interesting for those of us that are quick learners and like to learn new things. Good pay and decent benefits. Management provides feedback so you know where your work can improve and know what you're doing well.

    Cons

Headphones for people that don't work on the phones would be nice. Department knowledge can be increased across the company.

    Advice to Management

Continue to increase communication among the teams, ask current employees for feedback regularly, and let us wear headphones again please.

I worked at CCS Medical (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The building is air conditioned, that's about it.

    Cons

Micro management, they don't care about patients, lack of training and not notified of process changes, more concerned about call time & metrics than addressing patient issues. The harder you work the more you're expected to. Opportunity for advancement is the good ol' boy club.Clearly, this is the worst job I've had in my 41 years in the workforce.

    Advice to Management

Really need to clean house and get people amongst your ranks that care about patients & employees, THAT'S how you get positive results! Management needs training in people skills and be fair with everyone, not just the favorite sons.
