Pros
Interesting projects, cool and passionate people that you could really learn a lot from, salary (at least mine).
Cons
The amount of misinformation and mismanagement (in general chaos) make this company really hard to recommend to anybody that has any experience in AAA games development. And if you are an artist then internal tech will make you cry a river and look back at times when you used Unreal or Unity engines (or any DCC software really).

Pros
Great coworkers, interesting projects and cool company parties
Cons
Nepotism, extremely low salaries (one of the lowest I came across in the industry), crunch culture. They even told me that if I don't do crunch, I can go and find another job.
