    I worked at CD-adapco full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Exposure to many CFD applications
Grows a varied skillset - client work, technical CFD, basic account management

    Cons

Extremely flat - essentially no ability to move laterally or up in the support organization
Management is happy to leave workers as grunts, no real attempt to grow their people's skills/careers
Lack of coordination between sales and technical resource a major problem with no immediate solution
Salary increase on good years was lower than the increase in cost of living, "bonus" not worth mentioning

    Advice to Management

Invest in your people, the job is hard and almost everyone pulls their weight. Job demands a varied skillset, and some dedication to self-learning. Why not grow those people?
