Company is now in the tail end of Chapter 11 liquidation.
If you like being jerked around and basically treated like a number - go for it.
No strategy, total secrecy of senior management, night of the long knives, total destruction of self confidence and esteem. There is very little feedback to the staff on what is expected and what is required. There is no discussion of strategy or company direction. In fact there is no telling of staff what the strategy and direction is, there is just an expectation that. Quarterly figures were passed back, and nothing was ever said. It is like working in a vacuum.
Advice to Management
Take a long hard look at yourself. Aquiring companies and then providing no direction or guidelines is a very poor way of growing a business asset. Constant reliance on management through the quarterly results is not effective. The business needs constant feedback and communication so that it can learn and grow. Sending a bunch of numbers through and receiving no feed back doesn't work.
