    Pros

Work from Home most of the time.

    Cons

No communication. CDI Managers are cluless and no help. No one would help you or pint you to right direction. No one wants to work with you. You have to do everything for yourself. Do not expect any rate increases, even when the customer you work for have increased your pay to CDI, CDI WOULD DENY.

    Advice to Management

    Communication and open door policy.

    Pros

    Found me a job quickly.

    Cons

Once I was hired, I didn't hear from them for several months.

    Advice to Management

There have been some management changes recently which have resulted in more communication.

    Pros

Good place and nice building at Center manhattan, fast business insight analysis work flow, execellent coworkers, improved communicative skill with marketing people, played huge data base.

    Cons

Less communication in person of working remotely, group managers replaced so often to lag the project and speeding up later on.

    Advice to Management

Very good leadership for CDI. Frequent communication from the leadership. But need to keep their eyes on the position at CDI contractors and their group or project managers.

    Cons

*Lower level project management staff stays in the dark about their next assignment, makes it hard for young professionals with new families to plan ahead
*Field staff stay in the dark about company health outside their own assignment

    Advice to Management

Don't let less experienced employees become a scapegoat for more experienced managers poor performance.

    Pros

Great company, pays well and a few nice people and a good company culture. Very lax.

    Cons

Some employees are watching you waiting for you to slip up. Most do not come to you and tell you if you've done something wrong and try to coach you. They will go to your boss every single time like little tattle tellers. Healthcare benefits are way to expensive. over $200 a month

I worked at CDI Contractors as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

The initial recruiters were pleasant and cordial, company paid for my TWIC

    Cons

Once the job got started and turned into a mess, nobody at CDI wanted to talk to me then afterwards their claim of 'we really need people like you' turned out to be almost a year with nothing before a sudden email about a job halfway across the state

    Advice to Management

Get your act together, and make sure the company you're hiring for has theirs together

    Pros

From the time I submitted my resume to securing a contract position was fast and stress free.

    Cons

They are not about the individual contractors who work for them, rather they focus on their client base. I'be been with them for several years and still make the same base salary.

    Advice to Management

Think about who is on the front line for you. If there is no US, then there will be no YOU.
