    Pros

The ability to work from home on various projects.

    Cons

You have no job stability and the company doesn't market your skills. You assignments will be few and far between leaving you out in the cold. Statements like " Your project is over and we couldn't find you anything else. If you want to stay go do this other job that pays half as much until we find you something else". Don't waste your time with this company they treat highly skilled professionals like cattle. You're always under the gun.

    Advice to Management

    1. Sale your services.. and keep your highly skilled professionals.
    2. Start thinking ahead

    Pros

Springdale, Ohio Office - Flexible Hours, Good Initial Wage, Friendly Work Environment

    Cons

Springdale, Ohio Office - One Customer (GE), No Incentives or Raises, The Best / Worst Employee treated exactly the same, Time between PTO increases too long.

    Advice to Management

Introduce Incentives for better performers, Modify PTO Increases to 2, 5, 10 & 15, and Obtain more than 1 customer, so that customer doesn't dictate policy.

I worked at CDI Corporation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Able to gain knowledge and learn new technology. Nice people to work with.

    Cons

Lack of vision in management, open up new office with no training to personal, no HR department, no management and no help unless it is via chat or email. Training is non existent, you learn on your own from the customers that call in asking for help. Metrics more important than the customer on the phone requesting the help. Treated like a number not a person. Constantly asked to get customer off phone fast regardless of fixing the problem or not just to meet SLA which needs changing but will not happen. Management only looking out for themselves not the people that work below them doing most of the work.

    Advice to Management

More vision to see the big picture of how to run a new call center with support that is thousand miles away in another state. Listen to employees that are doing the work before making decisions that just increase workload and frustration overall.

    Pros

great people...smart and worked hard. Loved my team and management seemed to care when their hands weren't tied by every customer contract

    Cons

all those smart people didn't stay long. No time off and benefits were so expensive that they pay was not comparable to other employers once deducted.

I worked at CDI Corporation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed my co-workers, the pay was decent..and they have free fruit and coffee.

    Cons

HORRIBLE Site Management, lack of respect, low morale, toxic work environment, constant lay offs, and the employees are not valued, your just a number. The management moves at 100 mph with no direction...HR refuses to do anything about the complaints they've received. It's a COMPLETE disaster.

    Advice to Management

The current site leadership team needs to be replaced with TRUE LEADERS. The employees that are left should be valued and more importantly respected. Great people aren't replaceable.
