Pros
I work remote from home as a software developer. At the time of this review, I’ve been here for six months and contribute on a variety of projects. I enjoy being part of the software development team at CDS Logistics. The team is small enough to know everyone. In addition to maintaining existing systems, I’ve had an opportunity to work on new products and features. Overall, the managers are reasonable in their expectations and understand the importance of work-life balance.
Cons
Any work-from-home role has some challenges, especially with team communication. I think we address that well with 1-2 weekly team meeting and online tools. It is just enough meetings to stay on top of things without spending all your time in zoom meetings.

Pros
CDS' family-oriented culture sets it apart from other companies and is a big reason that employees stay with the company for years. CDS treats employees fairly and provides flexibility for employees which is rare in todays business environments.

The culture of this company is incredibly welcoming and inclusive, with a strong emphasis on family values. From the moment I joined, I immediately felt like a part of a close-knit community, and it's been wonderful to work alongside such supportive colleagues. One of the things that sets this company apart is the management's dedication to their employees. They truly value your opinions and care about your wellbeing, both in and out of the workplace. It's refreshing to work for a company that prioritizes its employees' happiness and satisfaction. Another great aspect of working here is the company events. They're always creative, engaging, and most importantly, fun! It's a great way to bond with coworkers and enjoy some well-deserved downtime. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and fulfilling work environment

Pros
Management that is committed to their employees growth. I've been with company for 2 years and I started as a customer service rep and now I am a supervisor. The great thing is that it doesn't stop here. Your time with CDS is what you make of it.
