    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at CEB full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of opportunity, interesting coworkers, interesting work, the idea of being part of gartner is exciting.

    Cons

So much change, not a lot of communication or transparency.

    Advice to Management

Be open, come up with a communication plan, think through what you want to do and all parties effected don't just take action randomly.

    Approves of CEO

I worked at CEB full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people, a lot of opportunities to grow, and very good training program.

    Cons

Your experience and future with the company really depends on your management. There isn't a lot of consistency among managers and teams. So luck of the draw where you are placed.

    Advice to Management

Put as much, if not more effort into hiring Top Tier managers vs. account managers. Poor management and poor attention to staff is a reason why they had so much turn over if high quality staff.
