    I have been working at CEIBS part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    A great platform to meet industry experts, expand network and build industry knowledge.
    For part-time and intern, the payment is better compared with average.
    Office and working environment are attractive.

    Cons

    Location is far from downtown, no underground station nearby.

    I have been working at CEIBS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - High Flexibility in terms of working hours

    Cons

    In sum, very bad for doing research. It's a teaching school that try to be a research school
    Little support and give little value for research.
    - Top management teams are Chinese centric
    - Very Unprofessional
    - Excessive Profit Oriented
    - TMTs are very arrogant
    - Low salary in comparison to international market

    Advice to Management

    Opened Minded.

    Cultural shock everyday everywhere, just try it and ignore the black sides. you will love it.

    Pros

    Nice working environment, place to learn, a big platform to try different things. Good annual leave

    Cons

    Not much training. Hard for a new comer to pick up information. Standard not very clear. Slow I vertical promotion. Low salary increase ratio.

    Provide more development opportunity for staff through taking classes on campus.

    Teaching to interested and intelligent students
    Excellent facilities and relatively high compensation for the amount of work

    Hierarchical structure means little ability to influence high-level decisions
    Management relatively unresponsive to suggestions by faculty
    Mediocre evaluation process and little to no feedback on performance
