    Hours can be long. tons of very early morning starts (2 or 3 am), never know what time youre gonna get off

    it's a company in which you can take advantage of the change to learn about the business because it gives you the opportunity to grow up within the company

    Cons

    AS well as you grow up, you have the fear to be dismissed because an strategy decision, so the uncertainty grade is tough to handle. The stability could be affected even when you're good in your duties
