    Awesome pay the company really takes care of you safety is the number one thing on everyone's mind it's pretty good

    The hours and schedule is a little crazy beats up the body pretty good

    It has good quality of work and life balance.
    Great executives and the people of HR always is looking for the best employees

    Cons

    They don't have a lot of flexibility as for to work from home
    Lower salaries than the rest of Houston

    Advice to Management

    Increase salaries, be more flexible to work from home traffic in Houston is horrible, it would be nice to be out of the office earlier on Friday

    Market uncertainty for building materials, the company's financial stability depends on the FX rate. Still working to get finances and debt ratio in check.
