I have been working at CEMEX (USA) full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    I can't think of anything

    Cons

Workload is unreasonable for one person. Salary is way too low for the amount of work expected. Promotions are hard to come by.

    Advice to Management

Having a degree in Business administration (or something similar) should not be the only determining factor for promotions. Work Experience (especially 10 years with Cemex and another 10 years in a company is within the same industry). should be considered.
