    Great Company. Really employee centered. Great benefits and 401K match. Nation company that works hard to try and get a small company feel

    Some of the sites have local challenges

    Great atmosphere
    ED Physicians and other staff are great to work with, good culture
    Learn so much about emergency medicine
    Training process was straightforward
    Lead scribes and physicians in charge of program are excellent, so easy to get along with and they listen and respect each employee.

    Cons

    Pay is quite low
    Tough work! This is definitely a transition job in order to move onto grad school.

    Depends on your site
    Great supervisors
    Opportunity to work with awesome doctors, PA's and NP's.

    Cons

    Sometimes management can be pretty demeaning
    Mercy General Hospital has a pretty tight contract that basically doesn't allow scribes to talk to patients
