I worked at CFA Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I actually started off working for CFA as "General Labor" and moved my way up to "Line Asst" to "Line Lead". And my final step was into the main office as Supervisor. My overall work experience working there, taught me how to be a Team Player. And me I love working with others. It gives you a whole diffrent perspective of life and to embrace the structure of Hard Work.

    Cons

There were none. 100% Honestly NONE

    Pros

Decent pay rate, while in training everything is taught well by the instructer to give you a through understanding.

    Cons

Production intensive,if you do not meet metrics you will be fired. Also this is a clique community so relationships are important here, and the atmosphere is not enjoyable it is very stressful to work here

    Advice to Management

Be a little more involved with the experience of the employees in the company. The management of the company is to withdrawn to hear the concerns of the employees.
