    Pros

The work-life-balance is ok, the colleagues are great, the benefits and projects are good.

    Cons

If you have no project it could be awful for you. The management looks always on the ROI also get a project and create a high value.

    Advice to Management

Give employees a chance to grow and pick some good projects and don't kick them off after some days without a project.

I have been working at CGI full-time

    Pros

    - Free coffee at the Munich office: brand new machine with multiple coffee choices.

    Cons

In addition to CGI's distinctive body leasing, lack of transparency and null career path:

    - Pitiful managers, swinging between attempting to infuse fear and begging for employee's approval.
    - Service management analogously staffed with broken individuals.
    - Absurdly defined projects get to be sold to customers based on a lowest cost approach.
    - Minimal investment in employees, trainings tend to reduce to "you may find something in Google".
    - Long working hours & weekend work not rewarded in any aspect.

    Advice to Management

    Cheers, great job

I worked at CGI full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Big Player, if you looking for this.
    Global operating model, one tool/system.
If you get a project, you can stay for long. Very long time. Within the same customer.
Restruc? You may get some money to leave ("Abfindung").

    Cons

Business model does not work in Germany.
Runs on T&M business, not projects.
Swiss shut down (AMS, Logica Operations sold).
    Low to no Bonus.
    Not much career opps.
German Management in charge for too many years.
Low cost supplier of IT Services to large customers.
Far beyond the market, competitors and state of the art technologies.

    Advice to Management

    Listen and change.

    Pros

    Founder owned, thus some consistency

    Cons

Founder owned, thus old habits prevail

    Advice to Management

Company has a lot of global control processes but only a few global business processes and virtually none for asles => turn these figures around: less controll more co-operation in sales and marketing

I have been working at CGI full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have been working at CGI full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Advice to Management

I have been working at CGI full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Dynamisch, gute Atmosphäre, viele Möglichkeiten für junge MA

    Cons

    Advice to Management
