    Pros

It's good for your resume, but that's pretty much it

    Cons

Treat people like numbers, oblige you to follow client's holiday's or holidays when you are on the bench (in between 2 assignments)

    Advice to Management

Take what you can, and don't take any management decisions personal. They just don't care.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at CGI (More than 10 years)

    Pros

When looking for a company/project to work on, it's not always about remuneration and vacation time anymore; rather you want a favorable work culture, opportunities to grow and trainings. CGI has always made sure to create this perfect environment for members making it an amazing team to be a part of.

    Cons

Skills of experienced people can be utilized better than now.

I worked at CGI full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Lots of social benefits. Incredible work security, maybe even too good

    Cons

Seems to work hard to make phone support as much of a miserable experience as possible.
Stretches the employees too thin and then wonders why the turnover rate is so high. Does not seem to ever want to look for solutions that would benefit both the workers and the clients which in the end makes them lose said clients.
If the employees are shared amongst multiple clients, focus is lost and that provides a mediocre service which in terms, makes you lose clients.
This is very basic stuff that should be obvious to a big company like CGI

    Advice to Management

You provide the service to clients, not the other way around. Clients shouldn't be able to dictate how your employees should be working. They paid for your services because they believe that you know what you are doing, so why do they tell you what tools to use and how to manage your staff?
Management seems to be totally backwards
