    Pros

Large company with plenty of opportunities.

    Cons

Constantly reorganizing and putting Members on the bench.

    Advice to Management

Work to grow your business units, so members have opportunities to move upward, not be put on the bench every time a project ends.

I have been working at CGI full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

work life balance is really good and if you are with a good department and group the learning opportunities are endless. They do provide a tuition reimbursement program once you put in 12 months at the company.

    Cons

Sometimes people are not a good fit with their teams but that is just the nature of business. The health care benefits are industry standard but not the best right now, probably due to the US govt currently debating healthcare plans and issues.

    Advice to Management

I would keep encouraging employees to do their best, work hard, and continue to reward good work where good work is done. Salary increases and teamwork are encouraged in my team and i think this should be a company-wide policy.

I have been working at CGI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Everything is decent, not overly grandiose but not too shabby. Large company so lots of internal opportunities you hear about and in different fields relating to IT (or business, if that's the side you're on, I'm on the technical side)

    Cons

It's one of the 'weaker' companies compared to its competitors like Accenture, Deloitte, PwC etc. But hey maybe you'll get there one day

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Also some things could be better organized but eh
