Pros
Small company, friendly people, a lot of opportunity for you to take on responsibilities. Staff is more often than not understaffed which leaves room for you to learn (if you want)
Cons
A lot of expectation without pay. I felt that I started off with really really low pay but the company thought it was a fair amount. Supervisors didn't help out too much when I had a problem so I had to figure out certain things by myself (I was new).
