I worked at CHA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good colleagues, everyone is respectful, no discrimination, time off is decent once you make it past a few years of service.

    Cons

Upper management is disconnected from employees, Pay is generally low, Filling out time cards is not fun, there is an expectation to work overtime, Telecommuting is not encouraged, high turnover

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees a little more, communicate your expectations, if you want people to stay you have to pay them. You cannot have good talent for cheap.
