Core values lived by most of the company. Real effort to put people first, Many leaders within the company strive to place their employees first and work with them when struggling.

    Cons

Some people see themselves as the one who should be put first and do not strive to live the core values of the company to place others before self.

    Cons

    Meetings on top of meetings

    Advice to Management

Spend less time in back to back meetings talking about what needs to be done and allow employees more time to actually get the job done

I worked at CHG Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly co-workers. Pleasant working environment. Interesting work.

    Cons

Lack of maturity and accountability among leaders.

    Advice to Management

Putting People First is often used as an excuse to overlook mediocre performance and behavior. Make and keep commitments, and expect all staff to do the same.

    Pros

    Wonderful environment and great facilities.

    Cons

Leaders are losing touch with putting people first, always in meetings and never available.

    Advice to Management

Keep front line leadership available for team and reduce meetings.

I worked at CHG Healthcare full-time

    Pros

The people make this place fun!

    Cons

Sales consultant is a telemarketing job until you can land reoccuring doctors to stay with you. Very competitive and masochistic but is rewarding financially if you can make it on top!

    Advice to Management

Hire from within! Difficult to take advice from someone that has never done your job!

I have been working at CHG Healthcare full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

They provide a very stable working environment. They have an on-site health clinic that is free to employees. Their insurance and benefits are pretty decent.

    Cons

CHG used to make a big deal out of maintaining it's core value of "Putting People First". That has changed very much in the past year. Now it's all about getting overworked and not appreciated for the efforts that you do. Nobody is watching out for individuals except themselves. There is blame going all around and the trust has gone completely out the window.

    Advice to Management

Go back to Putting People First. It still says it on the wall, but the only core value I hear in meetings anymore is "Continuous Improvement", which means, work harder.

I have been working at CHG Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They truly do listen to our suggestions on improving the workplace! They raised the 401k match and added a parental return period for mothers returning back to work where they can choose to work their way back up to full time for 4 weeks after 12 weeks off. They are raising the base salary by 1,000 each year until reaching $45,000, and raised commission tier percentages by listening to a group of employees from each department who volunteered to be the voice of the company in this matter.
We work hard, but play hard too! They treat their employees so well, and in return, I want to work hard for them to show my appreciation. Did I mention that President's Club is in Maui for 2018?!

    Cons

    Not anything to say here.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Pros

CompHealth/ CHG is a fantastic company to work for. They give you everything you need to be a success in a commission driven field and they throw unlimited resources your way. The pay is competitive for Utah. As long as you stay focused, you will succeed here.

    Cons

Honestly can't say a bad thing except I wish I could bring my dog to work.

    Advice to Management

    Dog beds under desks.
