    Pros

The best reasons to work for CHOICES are the people and the support you receive from those you work with. Supervisors are very supportive at CHOICES and the clients you have the opportunity to work with make the job worthwhile.

    Cons

There is a lot of hard work and time management that goes into a CM position. It can be very taxing to complete the required documents and still find time to work one on one with your clients to get their specific needs met.

    Advice to Management

Be realistic with your expectations of your employees. An incentive program would be appreciated which would help increase productivity needed to keep the appropriate funds in tact.
