    Pros

    1. Good teamwork across teams (very supportive team setting)
    2. Some mgmt very involved with their staff with goal of helping them succeed.

    Cons

    1. Poor Management decisions at higher levels with respect to newest software.
    2. Heavy Ehnacement backlog
    3. Depending on the software package, internal documentation in dire need updating.
    4. Good employees with years of experience laid off while newer, inexperienced staff kept on resulting in longer and longer resolution times on Client tickets.

    Advice to Management

    1. Biggest issue reported by some clients is that too much attention being given to 'Omnia360' projects and not enough to the softwares that CHR built on.
    2. Too Many Chiefs who do not listen to what input is given by Support staff. The support staff is the 'face' of CHR and hear directly from the client, but information seems to be blown off when passed along to upper management.
    3. Stop spending money unnecessarily - large amount of money was spent to repurpose a Commons area into a Support Center, but most of the building consists of empty offices which could have been used by current staff. FM, Provisioning, Activations should utilize offices as most of the work done by these departments is individualized where as Omnia/Omnia360 involves more 'team' interaction.

    Great culture in my office, there are multiple offices. I love the people I work with.

    Cons

    Poor benefits. Health insurance benefits are not good.

    Pros

    Great co-workers. Okay benefits. Overall the environment is good. Opportunity to learn a lot about the telecommunications industry.

    Cons

    Lack of stability. High turnover among executive management during my time there.

    Advice to Management

    Innovation is good but not at the cost of the company's core competencies.

    Pros

    All engineers and technicians sit in the same room. Great collaboration between teams and the opportunity to learn different IT disciplines actually exists. Everyone is on the same page about supporting clients and the engineers (Server and Network) are always willing to train and document anything for the Support IT Team.

    Cons

    Upper management needs to take into consideration the team that keeps the company running and to listen to the people actually supporting the clients.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your techs and engineers. They are providing as much support internally and to clients as the software side of the house. In some cases, even more.

    Pros

    401K matching; 7 paid sick days per year; 2 weeks vacation; Open line of Communication with Management; progressively improving corporate culture; no micro management; Rapidly decreasing population of negative dead weight employees

    Cons

    Insurance could be better (but I've been told that they are negotiating for a better package for 2017)

    Advice to Management

    Continue to engage with non-management in order to make everyone feel included and valued.

    CHR Solutions was a great company to work for. They have innovative products and were solution focused striving to solve customer’s problems and improve their client’s company. They had the people and the skills to make a positive difference in the customer’s experience. They were honest and everyone was hard working.

    CHR Solutions was a great company to work for and always strived to improve the company environment and its support of the customer.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to focus on the customer and being of service to the customer while supporting your loyal employee base.

    Pros

    Good work environment, management does not micro manage, co workers are friendly. Management is open to changing the process.

    Cons

    The work flow is up and down, lack of trust of senior management and some offices. Tension between departments and different locations

    Advice to Management

    Keep working on culture, it is improving. Need to fill holes in production work openings to take pressure off of workers.

    Pros

    Quick hiring process. Some very good employers at all locations.

    Cons

    Management is horrible. Took a great company and ruined it. All they care about is how much you are billing. Nothing about quality work.

    Advice to Management

    Since you are in a service company, you should really care about your employees as they are your product. You might consider learning from your mistakes instead of assuming that the employees are the problem.

    Little supervision. Flexible schedule. Good customers

    Big management problems. Built a datacenter for Cloud without a clear picture what they were going to sell.

    Pros

    Corporate has become more concerned about providing a quality work environment.
    Lots of room to grow and learn.
    No micro-management
    Lots of paid sick days, vacation days ect. from the start

    Cons

    Insurance benefits are costly, but I have been told this is the case for most workplaces.
