    Pros

Coworkers and clients. Assistant Branch Managers were great for the CSR's.

    Cons

Horrible experience with branch manager. Favouritism was blatant. High pressure sales and numbers to meet. Not necessarily what was best for the clients.

    Pros

    Good CEO and senior management.

    Cons

A bank is no longer a safe a secure career choice, finding a balance between revenue growth and customer satisfaction compared to amount of people employed and employee satisfaction is something I wish the big 5 banks would focus on more. Maybe government intervention is required.

    Advice to Management

Ease up on credit card and insurance sales, they pay good revenue but most clients are completely unaware of the negative side effects there own personal strive to materialize and compete with others. This almost always leads to spending beyond our means. Again stricter lending laws should include VISA and Mastercard not just mortgages and unsecured lending. Just because the government doesn't intervene doesn't mean yous should not set a standard for healthy spending. Make being apart of the big 5 mean something more than profitable area to invest in
