    Unrealistic expectations, micromanagement, lack of dedicated mentorship. Unrequited teamwork. Always chasing your tail.

    It's retail - you need to be active on the premises. Have a presence and be a source of guidance and wisdom. Lead by example, fight to stay positive. Believe in the strengths of your team, reinforce the vision and your team will believe on you.
