    I have been working at CIBT full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    My department is truly amazing. We have awesome communication skills and my Director is always thinking of ways to boost morale.

    Cons

    CIBT does not pay as much as I would like but it is decent.

    Advice to Management

    Continue communication.

    The company is always growing and buying it's competitors, there are a lot of opportunities.

    Cons

    Salaries are really low, reason why a lot of people leave the company all the time.

    Raise your good employees salary

    Pros

    employees treated with respect, fun workplace culture, paid holidays, relatively flexible scheduling, work is not too exhausting, training is very good, full benefits

    Cons

    few to no opportunities for advancement (it seems), extremely strict policies with regard to being on time, work is not hugely interesting
