    I worked at CIBT (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Great people to work with
    - Diverse environment
    - Ability to gain experience in various areas of the business due to relatively small size of the company

    Cons

    - No significant cons, but would mention that the pay is not as competitive as in some other bigger companies.
    - Certain departments tend to be understaffed, which creates a lot of late night stays for the employees.

    Pros

    You have the opportunity to learn so much regarding international travel. Some of your co workers are sweet.

    Cons

    Pay is the worst for all you do and know in this industry. No matter how long you stay you are treated insiginicant. The Director and Managers are not engaged enough to care. No one says thank you. You will never be appreciated here. Team Leads are worked hard and not appreciated but THEY make the difference,

    Pros

    I love customer service and assisting people with meeting their needs. For some this may be difficult but everyone doe not have customer service skills and this must come within yourself.

    Cons

    To me there are no cons because I love my job and I will continue to learn all I can about this industry so that I can grow personally and become the best Visa/Passport Specialist that I can be

    Advice to Management

    My advice to management is to keep striving to make your employees knowlegedable as well as continuing to help us to grow within the company. I thank you all for being there whenever needed and taking our feelings into consideration
