    I have been working at CIBT full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I love customer service and assisting people with meeting their needs. For some this may be difficult but everyone doe not have customer service skills and this must come within yourself.

    Cons

    To me there are no cons because I love my job and I will continue to learn all I can about this industry so that I can grow personally and become the best Visa/Passport Specialist that I can be

    Advice to Management

    My advice to management is to keep striving to make your employees knowlegedable as well as continuing to help us to grow within the company. I thank you all for being there whenever needed and taking our feelings into consideration

    Pros

    You have the opportunity to learn so much regarding international travel. Some of your co workers are sweet.

    Cons

    Pay is the worst for all you do and know in this industry. No matter how long you stay you are treated insiginicant. The Director and Managers are not engaged enough to care. No one says thank you. You will never be appreciated here. Team Leads are worked hard and not appreciated but THEY make the difference,

    Please care.

    Fabulous team -work
    Liberal to get day off

    Cons

    Will be great if the salary get increase!!!

    Salaries are lower upon hire but benefits to compensate

    employees treated with respect, fun workplace culture, paid holidays, relatively flexible scheduling, work is not too exhausting, training is very good, full benefits

    Cons

    few to no opportunities for advancement (it seems), extremely strict policies with regard to being on time, work is not hugely interesting

    The company is always growing and buying it's competitors, there are a lot of opportunities.

    Cons

    Salaries are really low, reason why a lot of people leave the company all the time.

    Pros

    Monday - Friday workplace, some overtime when needed,

    Cons

    do not get normal vacation time or personal, sick days. have to accumulate hours in order to receive any time off.

    Very informative, I have learned a lot about international travel . It's not a hostile environment like most call centers.

    Pros

    Challenging environment with a lot of technologies to work on. Lots to learn technology wise as the company is growing by acquisitions.

    Cons

    Growth opportunities are very limited only thing that will grow is your pay. Pay scale is average for Northern Virginia.

    Foster team building. Interaction/communication between various teams is poor
