I have been working at CIBT full-time

    Pros

Overtime, Flexibility, Standard Benefits, Great People

    Cons

Low Pay, Lack of Consistency in work objective and procedures, Unorganized, Unqualified leaders

    Advice to Management

Too Many unnecessary Title, Reconstruct the organizational structure and develop a platform that is the Basic of Standard. Too Many case by case circumstances is creating a Dysfunctional Organization.

I have been working at CIBT full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good colleagues and 8 hours working day. Paid vacation after specific period of time. Sometimes free lunches and cakes at birthday sometimes.

    Cons

Too much work as for the salary they offer. You are physically and morally exhausted by the end of the day. No opportunity to grow in your career.

    Advice to Management

Please, hire more people! The ones working there now are not robots.

I worked at CIBT full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits were better then some of my employers but that it.

    Cons

Think twice about accepting a postion with CIBT. As a former member of management you will just be another number to them and they will work you to the bone without giving you a single thank you. They thank good hard working staff by giving them more work to do. They stress to you that you need to work 8 hours but give you a 10 hour work load and expect everything done and done correctly at the end of your 8 hour shift.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff better and maybe you will not be disliked by every government agency that you work with.

    Pros

You can develop friendships that go beyond your tenure there with colleagues

    Cons

Too many to mention. Divisive, driven by politics. No concern for staff wellbeing. Cunning and at some point disturbing

    Advice to Management

Try to really see what's going on rather than literally just looking at it and saying hi hello. Act on feedbacks that are actionable

I have been working at CIBT full-time

    Pros

I have a job and make a competitive wage

    Cons

Expensive family insurance which isn't very good- high co-pays doesn't cover a lot, employees are over worked across the board, not interested in boosting employee morale, only allow 2 employees off at a time-nationwide, which encourages lots of call outs making it harder to function.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees and watch your business take off. Overwork your employees and lose clients due to bad service.

I worked at CIBT full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Only pro to this job is off on weekends , I predict this company shutting down after 2 years, poor management . They need to take a business 101 class

    Cons

The pay is laughable & not worth the time when you still get thrown under the bus for mistakes , they complain about when your late 5-10 minutes but have no issue if you stay after 5pm. The work is not doable , 10 orders a day adds up , can't give good customer service when you're dealing with 100 people after 2 weeks.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring random people off the streets & stop playing favorites, fix the concierge system , no agent should have a role as just making thank you calls while other agents slave over 10 orders a day with 33,000 a year, at this rate I predict company shutting down in 2 years from everyone quitting
