The PTO is generous, the management is friendly, room to grow within the company, it's a fun environment.
Cons
Depending on the time of the year, it can be really busy. Meaning your day is non-stop from clock in to clock out. At least in this position.

I haven't experienced many cons since starting, but if I had to name one I would say it's really complicated to submit expense reports.
